Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year has begun!

We process new families in chronological order of applications received, so we encourage you to submit an application sooner than later. There is no fee to submit, except for high school.  Our Enrollment Coordinator will be in touch when you inquire and/or submit your application.

Consider an individual tour or classroom observation.

We strongly encourage you to visit us in person to understand why we’re so enthusiastic about what’s happening here.  During our individual tours you will have the opportunity to see teachers and students in action, view the campus and develop a better understanding of our mission.  We respect parents as the ones God has given responsibility for the education of their children, and we want you to feel welcome.

Pre-enrollment process:

1. Application You will want to have immunizations and most recent report card handy. If homeschool, please have writing and math samples handy.

2. Tour campus of eldest child you’d like to enroll.

   • • (Preschool & Kindergarten – Cordata campus
     • 1st-8th gr – Sunset campus
     • 9th&10th – email to set up a time

3. Financial Confirm with Enrollment coordinator that you are able to pay financially after reviewing. Click the link to see tuition etc for 23-24. TAP (tuition assistance program) applications were due in Feb. We are now too late for TAP for 23-24.

4. Academic/social assessment (Kindergarten – 8th gr).

   1. • Entering Kindergarten; 23-24
      • Entering 1st-4th; 23-24
      • Entering 5th-8th; 23-24

5. Pre-enrollment meeting – Parents only – hear your faith journey, why Christian education, get to know your family, answer questions you may have, and to go over paperwork.

6. Enrollment team meets to make a decision on enrollment.

7. Phone call from Enrollment Coordinator with decision.

8. If Yes from BCS and Yes from you, pay registration fee with check payable to BCS within week and the ACH form for fall.

High School 2023-2024

We have started a 9th and 10th grade High School Program and will be adding a grade yearly to build out our first graduating class. For those new to BCS and interested in high school, in addition to the pre-enrollment process, we are requiring a $1,000 deposit to hold your spot.
